In order to encourage international students to study hard and improve their academic performance, School of Overseas Education (COE) issued a new regulation on retaking courses. The regulation shall be effective on the date of promulgation and COE is responsible for the interpretation of the regulations.
Students who want to retake courses need to pay RETAEE FEE and clear all tuition and other fees in the academic year.
Payment: 100 RMB / credit
Targeted students: International bachelors who failed in courses or who want to improve their scores or who extend their study period
Starting time: From the second semester of 2019-2020 academic year.
Application time: In the begining of every semester
Procedure: Students fill out the application form, and submit it to COE, After the approval from Academic Office, international students can log into the online finantial system to pay the retake fees. Acadmic office of COE shall help students finish the retaking registration process.
The regulation is approved by Office of Academic Affairs, Office of Finance and College of Overseas Education, NJUPT.

留学本科生重修管理规定
收费标准：100元/学分
收费对象：课程未通过或者有意愿刷分的本科留学生（包括延期毕业的留学生）；
收费时间：2019-2020年度第二学期开始
申请重修时间：每学期初
收费程序：学生申请——申请名单上报教务处、财务处——学生从财务系统上缴费——海院教秘帮助留学生在教务系统上输入学生重修信息。
注：每年由海外学院统计重修课程信息并在教务处系统上输入学生重修信息, 学生申请重修之前必须缴清当学年的学费和其他费用。
