All the bachelors
The results of all the courses taken in 1st semester of 2019-2020 academic years were sumbitted by teachers before 15th January. Bachelors can check their results in official system or wechat mini-program during winter holidays.

If you find the following conditions about your results, you can refer the directions. Please noted that the office only receives the application when the course was taken in 1st semester of 2019-2020 academic years.
(1) you attend the course and exam, but you don't have any results about this course.
Solutions: contact the teachers and ask teacher fill out the form
手写成绩登记表.doc and submit to 1-500(8) in February 14th-February 20th.
(2) you didn't register for this course, but it appeared that you had chosen it and the result is that you are absent from exam.
Solutions: download and fill out the form 选课问题申请.docx and submit to 1-500(8) in February 14th-February 20th. However, it depends on the administration office's judgement, it is possible you can not remove any records from your system and transcript.
(3) you have conflict with the marks, please find ways to contact the course teachers directly.
