1. Type of exam
(1) The students in Nanjing shall attend the exam in the classroom and answer questions in test paper.
(2) The students outside Nanjing shall attend the exam online.
2. Objective students
(1) 2018 postgraduates, the result of the Chinese Level 3 exam will be as a reference for their graduation.
(2) 2018 undergraduates, 2019 postgraduates, the result of this Chinese Level 3 exam that is a module exam for them, will not be as a reference for their graduation.
3. Time of exam
From 3:30pm to 5:30 pm, on 18th May (Tuesday) at Beijing time
4.Preparation of online exam
You shall prepare a mobile phone or a computer. (Make sure the camera of the device can be used perfectly.
The apps of Wechat and Tencent meeting shall be downloaded in your device in advance.
Internet requirement: 3G/4G/5G or Wifi with good quality internet shall be ensured.
You need to download a Chinese input method app in advance.
Preparation of examinee: Examinee shall choose a place with bright light and quiet environment. Checking materials and talking with others are prohibited during the exam. The result of exam will be canceled if any cheating behaviors are found during the exam.
5. Procedure of online exam
15 minutes before exam: The examiner will send the Tencent meeting link to your Wechat group. Everyone shall click the link and open your video camera, remember to close the button of sound in case there is any noise.
10 minutes before exam: After listening to the requirement of invigilate teachers, the students shall take the video around the testing environment, especially for the materials on the desk and close all the irrelevant interfaces, then make sure your faces are in the middle of video camera. If both computer and mobile phone are available, the students shall use the computer to answer the questions, and put the camera of mobile phone shooting the Interface in the computer and student’s head.
The office will send the online exam link through Wechat group at 15:25pm. you have to finish the whole exam within 2 hours, otherwise you can not submit it online after 17:30pm. During the exam, please remain the video recorded and sound closed.
After you finish the exam, you can click “submit” and type “submitted” in Tencent meeting and leave the meeting. The exam will be finished at 17:30pm. The students should submit the exam before 17:30 pm, otherwise the results will not be recorded.
6. Attention
According to NJUPT’s degree map of the international students and the requirement of the Ministry of Education of China, all the international Masters and PhD shall reach the level of Chinese Level 3 or HSK3 before they graduate
Honesty is highly appreciated during the exam. Cheating is zero-tolerance during exam.
You are not allowed to exit the exam link during the test, otherwise your previous answer records will not be saved.
