As this semester draws to a close, distribution details for student instructional materials are outlined below:
1.Collection Location for Instructional Materials
Xianlin Campus: Teaching Materials Warehouse located on the western side of Student Affairs Center (westward from Outpatient Department).
2.Arrangements for Distributing Student Textbooks
The timetable for centralized textbook distribution at semester-end is as follows：

3.Class representatives from Grades 2021 to 2023 at Xianlin Campus are kindly requested to make online reservations one day or more in advance based on class circumstances and examination schedules, enabling advanced preparation by our warehouse staff and reducing wait times during collection. For appointments, please utilize WeChat's scanning feature.
Note:
1. Students who need to buy more textbooks next semester can go to the textbook warehouse to buy them.
2. The monitor takes people to the teaching materials warehouse in class to get the teaching materials.
3. The monitor will collect the textbook and the textbook distribution list in the warehouse, check and confirm it personally, and sign the textbook collection list for approval. Get the bottom of the textbook and take photos for preservation. After receiving the textbook, do not litter it, keep it properly to prevent loss, and send it to the class students in time, so that it should be sent out, and it is good to send it out.
4. For a small number of teaching materials that have not arrived at the warehouse, the distribution arrangement will be further notified after the arrival of teaching materials.
5. The teaching materials are retailed by class unit and. (You need to recharge the student card on campus in advance, and activate the card in any window of the canteen after the recharge)
6. Textbook fees are subject to the textbook requisition list. please see the attachment. Textbooks can be replaced if there are quality problems such as missing pages, inverted (wrong) loading.
