In accordance with the school's work schedule and the actual situation, the following arrangements for undergraduate teaching work for the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year are hereby notified:
I. Teaching and Examination Arrangements
Teaching Arrangements:
(1) Course Teaching Arrangement: Full-time undergraduate students (including international students) from the 2021-2024 cohorts will commence classes from Monday, February 17, 2025 (Week 1).
Elective courses for the whole school will start from Monday, February 24, 2025 (Week 2). Elective courses arranged for online learning will have specific learning times according to the course arrangement notices.
(2) Teaching Progress: Please adhere strictly to the teaching progress schedule (Attachment 1).
(3) Course Selection and Retake Work: The supplementary and change course selection (including retake course registration) for students will be completed within the first two weeks of the semester (February 17 - February 28), with specific times to be announced.
Student Status Management: Students who need to apply for leave of absence, return to school, or self-arranged grade level changes, and other situations involving course selection and attendance, can download forms from the Academic Affairs website. After submitting applications and supporting documents to the college, they should be reviewed by the college and handed over to the Academic Affairs Management Section for timely student status processing (pay attention to the processing time and deadlines) to ensure timely course selection in the system. The leave and return school process for international students will be conducted offline, with details noticed later.
Examination Arrangements:
Making-up examinations will be arranged starting from Monday, February 17, 2025 (Week 1), and will be completed by the end of the second week. Specific examination arrangements can be found on the Notices section of the Academic Affairs website.
II. Service Guarantees and Reminders
Classroom Booking: Starting from February 17, 2025, online classroom booking will be available. Teachers who need to use a classroom should apply online. Once approved, teachers should bring their campus cards and the approved classroom booking form to use the classroom. Unauthorized use of classrooms is prohibited and will be dealt with seriously.
Teaching Schedule: All teaching activities will follow the school's teaching schedule, which is uniform across all campuses and remains unchanged throughout the year, regardless of seasonal changes. The specific schedule is as follows:
