Some students (mostly those with academic status changes and course retakers) have reported that they participated in the final exams, but their grades were recorded as Absent from Exam by the instructors. Students are now permitted to request a grade review. Please kindly cooperate with this process. As the review results may affect whether these students are eligible for make-up exams, colleges (departments) that receive review applications are requested to organize the reviews promptly and return the results.
Student Grade Review Process: Students should fill out the Grade Review Application Form. After obtaining the signature and stamp from their college, the form should be submitted to the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Office by the college. (The deadline for regular exam grade review applications is March 13th, and for make-up exam grade review applications is March 23rd). If, due to time constraints, a student needs to take the make-up exam before the grade review result is available, they must submit a General Affairs Application Form to request permission to take the exam. The application must explicitly state: I agree that if the grade review result does not meet the make-up exam eligibility criteria, the result of this make-up exam will be invalid. The application, after being signed and stamped by the college, should be submitted to the Academic Administration Office of the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Office. This office will then issue an exam participation proof for the student. The student must present this proof along with their relevant identification to be allowed to take the make-up exam.
