Qualification
Students who have obtained HSK 4 (or higher level) can apply Chinese exemption.
(HSK certificate is a necessity)

12:30PM-23:30PM, 10th，SEP (THURSDAY)
Application procedures
students need to apply for course exemption to submit their applications via the academic affairs system in this Thursday (deadline: 23:30, September 10). The application path is as follows:
the link is 智慧校园 http://i.njupt.edu.cn/portal , the account is your student ID, the original password is Lxs_xxxxxx(last 6 digit of your passport No. for example, Lxs_090807)
Then click the following module. Academic Affairs System(教务系统） → Registration Application（报名申请） → Teaching Project Registration（教学项目报名） → Exemption（免修） → Register（报名）
when you register, please upload your scanned version of HSK report.
After your application is approved, you need to attend the exemption exam for Chinese
If your score of Chinese exemption exam reaches 75 points or higher, you can be free from both class attendance and the final exam. After confirming with your Chinese teacher about exemption, you don’t need to attend Chinese final exam. The score you get in exemption exam will be your final score of Chinese in your transcript. If you are not satisfied with the score of your exemption exam, you can choose to give it up and attend all the Chinese class and exam with other students.
If your score of Chinese exemption is lower than 75 points, you should attend Chinese class and take the final exam.
