为激励我校留学生勤奋学习、积极进取、开拓创新，培养品学兼优、高素质的国际人才，促进我校留学生教育事业的发展，现开展2025届南京邮电大学海外教育学院留学生优秀毕业生评选工作。评选方案如下：
一、评选范围
2025年6月至7月获得南京邮电大学学士或者硕士学位的外国籍学历留学生，包括：2021级本科毕业生、2022级硕士毕业生。延期至本年度毕业的外国籍学历留学生不得参评。
二、评选名额
评选名额为外国籍学历留学生2025届应届毕业生总人数的4%。
三、评选条件
1. 学业要求
按时完成培养计划并取得学位，学习成绩优异。
2. 综合素质
（1）遵守中国法律法规和学校的各项规章制度，品德优秀，无违法犯罪记录和违规违纪行为；
（2）对中国友好，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯，维护和增进各国人民之间的友谊和团结；
（3）尊师爱校，品行端正，团结同学，关心集体；
（4）积极参加学校和学院组织的各类活动，热心社会公益，为学校和学院作出突出贡献。
3. 荣誉与表现
（1）在校期间获得1次或以上江苏省政府奖学金或南京市政府奖学金；
（2）在校期间获得1次或以上校级及校级以上荣誉（不包含南京邮电大学国际学生奖学金/南京邮电大学国际学生单项奖学金）；
（3）在校期间公开发表过学术论文、专利或在某一方面表现突出，需要提供证明材料。
四、评选流程
1. 材料提交。申请者需要准备以下申请材料，2025年5月30日前将纸质版和电子版提交到海外教育学院，逾期不接受。联系人：宋贞臻，邮箱：szz@njupt.edu.cn。
（1） 《南京邮电大学海外教育学院留学生优秀毕业生申请表》（电子版，纸质版一式两份，见附件1）；
（2） 《南京邮电大学海外教育学院留学生优秀毕业生推荐汇总表》（电子版，见附件2）；
（3） 完整成绩单扫描件电子版、纸质版一份；
（4） 校级及校级以上获奖证书扫描件电子版、纸质版一份（不包含南京邮电大学国际学生校级奖学金、单项奖学金）；
（5） 其他证明材料，包括：已发表的学术论文复印件，包括封面、目录及正文；如是论文录用通知或论文接收函，需导师签字；专利或其他获奖材料复印件，提供原件待核查后退还。
2. 学院评审。海外教育学院将负责组织评审，评选中坚持公开、公平、公正原则。
3. 结果公示。拟评为2025届留学生优秀毕业生名单将公示五个工作日。如有异议，请在公示期内联系海外教育学院。
五、其他说明
1. 在校期间受过处分或有不良记录者不得参评。
2. 材料真实性。申请人应对提交的相关材料真实性负责。如经审核发现材料作假，将取消本次评审资格，并按相关规定给予申请人处分。

Notice of Application for 2025 NJUPT
Excellent International Graduates
To encourage NJUPT international students to study diligently, be proactive and innovative, cultivate high-quality international talents, the notice of application for 2025 NJUPT excellent international graduates is now publicized as follows:
I. Eligibility
The applicant should be able to graduate from NJUPT during June to July 2025, and get a degree of bachelor or master, including the undergraduate students enrolled in 2021 and master’s students enrolled in 2022. Students enrolled in previous years who have postponed their graduation to 2025 are not eligible for application.
II. Quota
The selection quota is 4% of the total number of 2025 graduates.
III. Criteria
1. Academic Requirements
Complete the curriculum and obtain the degree with excellent academic performance.
2. Comprehensive Quality
(1) Comply with Chinese laws, regulations and university rules & regulations, with excellent moral qualities, and no criminal or disciplinary violations;
(2) Respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people, and promote friendship and solidarity among peoples of all countries;
(3) Respect faculty and staff, behave decently, maintain a harmonious relationship with classmates, and care about the collective;
(4) Actively participate in activities organized by university and college, be enthusiastic about social welfare, and make outstanding contributions to the school and college.
3. Honors and Performance
(1) Have received Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarships or Nanjing Municipal Government Scholarships once or more during the study period;
(2) Have received one or multiple university-level or higher-level honors during the study period (University Scholarship and Individual Scholarship are not included);
(3) Have published academic papers, patents or shown outstanding performance in a certain aspect during study period and proof materials shall be provided.
IV. Procedure
1. Material Submission.
Applicants need to prepare the following application materials and submit the electronic and paper versions to College of Overseas Education before May 30, 2025. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. Contact person: Ms Sunny, email: szz@njupt.edu.cn.
(1) APPLICATION FORM FOR NJUPT EXCELLENT INTERNATIONAL GRADUATES (electronic version, paper version in duplicate, see Attachment 1);
(2) The Summary Sheet of 2025 NJUPT Excellent International Graduates (electronic version, see Attachment 2);
(3) Scanned copy of the complete transcript (electronic version, one paper copy);
(4) Scanned copy of university-level or higher-level honors certificates (electronic version, one paper copy) (University Scholarship and Individual Scholarship are not included);
(5) Other supporting materials, including photocopies of published academic papers, including the cover, table of contents and main text; if it is an acceptance notice, it needs to be signed by the supervisor; photocopies of patents or other award materials, and the original will be returned after verification.
2. Review College
College of Overseas Education will be responsible for organizing the review, adhering to the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality.
3. Result Announcement
The list of 2025 NJUPT excellent international graduates will be announced for five days. If there is any objection, please contact the College of Overseas Education within the announced period.
V. Other Notes
1. Students who have received disciplinary actions or have a bad record during study period are not eligible for selection.
2. Authenticity of Materials. Applicants are responsible for the authenticity of the submitted materials. If any fabrication is found after review, the applicant's qualification for this selection will be canceled, and the applicant will be punished according to relevant regulations.
