Notice on the Application of Overseas Study Materials for Graduates of 2025(Bachelors)

To All Colleges:

In order to meet the practical needs of graduating students for printing transcripts and to further implement the "student-oriented" philosophy, the Academic Affairs Office will start to handle the application of overseas study materials for graduating students both online and offline in 2025. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Application Time and Method:

Application Time: The first batch of graduates of 2025 will begin to print overseas study materials on June 12th. The second batch of graduates can print the materials on the day following their graduation date.

Application Method: Currently, only online printing is supported. Students should log in to the website: http://180.209.95.48/ec/login. Please use your student ID and the password for the academic affairs system (not the password for the university's smart campus). After logging in, you can generate electronic versions of materials such as Chinese and English transcripts, English diploma certification, English degree certification, and Chinese and English GPA explanation. After making a payment, the electronic version will be sent to the email address you fill in. For detailed instructions, please refer to the attached document. Special reminder: The electronic materials will have a watermark saying "For preview only" during the preview stage. The electronic version sent to your email after successful payment will not have this watermark.

2. Locations and Requirements for the Sealing and Stamping of Paper-based Materials for Overseas Application:

Locations: The administrative building South building 251, Xianlin Campus. Contact Number: 025-85866256. The library and information building 132, Sanpaolou Campus. Contact Number: 025-83492358 (15261852933).

Requirements: If you need to seal and stamp your materials for overseas application, please bring your printed or copied documents and envelopes to the locations mentioned above from June 12th to 13th. Students who do not need sealing can apply online to generate electronic materials for overseas application and send them to their own email. Students should copy the Chinese graduation certificate and degree certificate by themselves according to their personal needs. (Generally, no official seal is required.) You may log in to https://www.chsi.com.cn/ to obtain the "Electronic Registration and Filing Report of Academic Credentials" and "China Higher Education Degree Online Verification Report" after logging in and selecting "Student Information Archive." If you need to affix an official seal on the copies of the Chinese graduation certificate and degree certificate, please follow the relevant charging regulations and proceed to the locations mentioned above for processing.


3. Notes:

Exchange students are not allowed to process overseas application materials.

The materials generated by the self-printing system are all stamped Chinese (English) transcripts, English diploma certification, and English degree certification.

Students from Sanpaolou Campus and Suojin Village Campus may proceed with the online payment to generate electronic materials. If they need to seal and stamp the paper-based materials, please print in color and bring your own envelope to room 132, library and information building, Sanpaolou Campus, for sealing and stamping.

After the online printing payment is successful, the system will automatically jump to the next page. Do not close the interface on your own, otherwise the system will not be able to detect whether the payment is successful and will not be able to send the generated electronic materials to your personal mailbox. (Please fill in a domestic email address.)

为满足毕业班学生打印成绩单的实际需求,结合毕业班学生教学工作安排,进一步体现“以生为本”理念,教务处于2025年开始对毕业班学生集中办理出国材料进行线上线下同步办理。现将相关事宜通知如下:

一、办理时间和方式:

1、具体办理时间:2025届第一批毕业生于612日开始进行出国成绩材料的打印;第二批毕业生可在毕业日期次日进行出国成绩材料的打印。

2、办理方式:目前仅支持线上打印方式。

学生登录网址:http://180.209.95.48/ec/login,用学号和教务系统密码(非学校智慧校园密码)登陆。进入系统后可生成中英文成绩单、英文毕业证明、英文学位证明、中英文绩点说明等材料电子版,缴费后发送至所填邮箱获取成绩单电子版,具体方法见附件,特别提醒:电子材料预览时有仅供预览水印字样,缴费成功后发送至邮箱的电子版无此水印。

二、纸质出国材料需要密封盖章办理地点及要求

1、办理地点:仙林校区行政南楼251室,联系电话:025-85866256

三牌楼校区图科楼132室,联系电话:025-8349235815261852933)。

2需要将出国材料密封盖章的同学自带打印或复印的材料和信封在612-13日集中到如上办理地点进行密封,无需密封的学生可以线上申请生成电子出国材料发送至自己邮箱

3、中文毕业证书和中文学位证书为学生领取的毕业证和学位证的复印件,各位同学根据个人情况自行复印(一般不需要加盖公章),可通过登录学信网https://www.chsi.com.cn/,登陆后选择学信档案,点击在线验证报告,可获取“教育部学历证书电子注册备案表”和“中国高等教育学位在线验证报告”。如需在中文毕业证书和学位证书复印件加盖公章,则按照相关收费规定单独缴费,请至如上办理地点进行办理。

三、注意事项

1、推免生不能进行出国材料办理;

2、自助打印系统生成的材料均为加盖公章的中(英)文成绩单、英文毕业证明和英文学位证明。

3、三牌楼校区和锁金村校区学生可进行线上缴费生成电子材料后,若需纸质材料密封盖章,请彩印后自带信封前往至三牌楼校区图科楼132室进行密封盖章。

4线上打印待付款成功后系统会自动跳转,请勿自行关闭界面,否则系统无法检测是否付费成功,亦无法将生成电子材料发送至个人邮箱(请填写国内邮箱)。
