To All Schools/Colleges:
According to the schedule of the University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program, the university will organize the mid-term inspection for the 2025 projects during Weeks 13-16 of this semester, and simultaneously conduct the final acceptance for some extended projects from the 2024 cycle. The specific arrangements are as follows:
I. Mid-term Inspection for 2025 Projects
(I) Format of Mid-term Inspection
1.This inspection will be conducted at the school/college level. All projects will undergo mid-term inspection by experts appointed by the host school/college.
2.The expert panel for the mid-term inspection must consist of three or more members. Experts must hold a doctoral degree or hold associate professor (or above) titles and have experience supervising student innovation and entrepreneurship training projects.
(II) Workflow for Mid-term Inspection
This mid-term inspection will utilize the Xianji University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program Management System (hereinafter referred to as the Xianji System), adopting a combined format of online preliminary review and on-site defense. Details are as follows:
1.Online Preliminary Review: Panel members will log into the Xianji System (URL: https://cxcyjy.njupt.edu.cn/njupt_cx/CXCY/NJUPT) to review the Mid-term Inspection Forms for their assigned projects and conduct preliminary evaluations.
Specific Requirement: Schools/Colleges must notify the relevant project leaders (students) to complete the University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program Project Mid-term Inspection Form in the Xianji System (National and Provincial level projects upload Attachment 1, University-level projects upload Attachment 2)(http://180.209.64.18/cxcy/shownews.aspx?newsno=151). After review and approval by the supervising instructor, the school/college will appoint experts for the online preliminary review.
Schools/Colleges must ensure project leaders (students) complete the online submission on time.
2.On-site Defense: The on-site defense for all projects will be organized by experts appointed by each school/college.
Specific Requirement: All project team members (students) must participate. The project leader (student) will present the project's progress using a PPT report, covering project objectives, completion status, existing problems, and the next-phase implementation plan. Suggested time: approximately 5 minutes for presentation and 5-10 minutes for Q&A and expert feedback.
3.Feedback Submission: After the on-site defense, experts will complete and sign the University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program Project Mid-term Inspection Feedback Summary Form (Attachment 3). After review, signature, and official stamp by the organizing unit, the form should be submitted to the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education College for filing. Concurrently, the panel secretary, under the panel leader's guidance, must enter the detailed mid-term inspection results for each project into the Xianji System.
