​Notice on Handling Documents for Overseas Study During the Summer Vacation of 2026 for Undergraduate students.

To facilitate students in applying for academic documents for overseas study during the summer vacation, the Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs has added special service hours for issuing transcripts and certificates.

Notes:

  1. Service mode: Currently, only online printing is supported for transcript, studying certificate, english certificate of diploma and degree. 

  2. Current students: Log in to the Smart Campus system → Business Inquiry → Undergraduate Transcripts & Certificates System.

  3. Recent graduates (within three years of graduation): Visit http://czjm.njupt.edu.cn/gztcyUI/#/cmslogin and log in with your student ID and password (default password for first-time login is your ID card number; for international students, the default is your student ID).

  4. Graduates (over three years after graduation): Documents are issued by the University Archives Office.

  5. After logging in, you can generate electronic versions of Chinese transcripts, English graduation certificates, English degree certificates, Chinese-English GPA explanations, etc. (All are officially stamped; please print in color. If you need a physical red signature stamp, please print in black and white.) For detailed instructions, see the attachment.

  6. Please keep your student ID numbers for Chinese and English graduation certificates and Chinese degree certificates safe. Students should bring one photocopy each of their graduation certificate and degree certificate. If you need mailing services, bring your own envelope to the designated office.

  7. For further questions, please consult your academic advisor.

  8. If you need document of English taught certificate which is offered offline, you need to go to Building 1-500(11) to apply for it on the date of August 21st
