To all international graduate students :
In accordance with the Notice on Holding The 3rd Jiangsu & The 2nd Yangtze River Delta Foreign Postgraduate Research Symposium (Su Gao Liu Guan [2026] No. 14) issued by the Research Committee on International Student Education Management of the Jiangsu Higher Education Association, our university will select and recommend outstanding international students to participate in this Symposium (hereinafter referred to as the “Symposium”). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
I. Organizational Leadership
This Symposium is guided by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, supported by the education authorities of relevant provinces and municipalities, sponsored by the International Student Education Management Branch of the Jiangsu Higher Education Association, and hosted by Jiangsu University. The Graduate School and the Overseas Education College of our university are responsible for the recommendation and organization of foreign postgraduate students.

III. Program Arrangements
Participants: Outstanding current foreign master’s and doctoral students at the university. Our university may recommend up to five international students on a selective basis.
Format: A “main venue + disciplinary exchange” model, including keynote reports, academic poster presentations, parallel disciplinary seminars (three sub-venues: science/engineering/agriculture, biomedicine, and humanities/management/economics/law), and outstanding paper exchanges.
Schedule:
September 11–29: On-campus organization and recommendation of academic papers and corresponding academic posters;
September 29–October 10: The organizing committee organizes the selection of outstanding academic papers and notifies the relevant universities;
October 10–15: Submit the participation receipt and pay the fee;
October 23: Registration;
October 24: Opening ceremony of the Symposium, parallel disciplinary seminars, and exhibition and evaluation of outstanding academic posters;
October 25: Keynote reports, outstanding academic paper exchanges, award ceremony, and closing ceremony.
IV. Work Requirements
Academic papers should have clear viewpoints, concise wording, accurate data, scientific research methods, and be innovative. They must not have been publicly published in other academic conferences, proceedings, or journals, and their content must not involve any state secrets. The first author should be a current foreign postgraduate student or their supervisor, and the paper should represent new achievements or new progress in the author’s or the university’s research field.Students attending the Forum must obtain approval from their supervisors, and the content of the submitted academic papers must be reviewed by supervisors.
Academic papers and academic posters may be written in Chinese or English. Specific format templates and requirements are available on the official Symposium website: https://oec.zjklj.com/, access code: JSDX. Electronic copies of academic papers and corresponding academic posters should be named as “College Name + Author Name + Academic Paper + Supervisor Name” and “College Name + Author Name + Academic Poster + Supervisor Name”. After review by each college, they should be sent collectively to zhangqing@njupt.edu.cn. Paper copies must be signed by the supervisor and submitted to Teaching Building 1, Room 500 (11). The deadline for submitting the above materials is September 21, 2025. All materials will be uploaded by the university to the official Symposium website.
After the organizer’s selection and recommendation, the relevant colleges will be notified to fill in the participation receipt on the official Symposium website before October 15, 2026.
The expenses on accommodation, transportation, and poster of the attending students will be sponsored by the College of International Education(CIE). The meals during the conference will be arranged uniformly by Jiangsu University.
