Dear International Undergraduate Students,
According to theRegulations on the Administration of Student Status of Undergraduate International Students of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and in light of the actual circumstances of undergraduate international student education at our university, the following provisions apply to undergraduate international students who have completed all courses and study requirements stipulated in the training program but failed to graduate solely due to not meeting HSK requirements:
1. Issuance of Certificate of Academic Completion
For eligible students, the Undergraduate School (本科生院) shall issue the Certificate of Academic Completion (结业证书) in Chinese version.
2. Replacement with Graduation Certificate and Degree Certificate
Students who have completed their studies may, within the maximum period of study (6 years), obtain an HSK Level 4 certificate and apply to the university within the prescribed time to exchange their Certificate of Graduation and Degree. Students who exceed the maximum period of study (6 years) shall no longer be eligible to apply for such exchange.
Please note that the Certificate of Academic Completion (结业证书) is NOT the Graduation Certificate (毕业证书) and does NOT confer a degree. It is distinct from both the Graduation Certificate and the Degree Certificate.
