一、南京邮电大学简介Profile of NUPT

     南京邮电大学创建于1942年。是一所以工学为主体，以信息学科为特色，具有工学、理学、文学、经济学、管理学和教育学等多个学科门类，博士、 硕士、本科等多层次教育协调发展的高等学校。学校具有先进的教学科研设施，是全国为数不多、具备大规模系统地培养信息科技专业人才实力的高校。目前，学校有仙林、三牌楼两个校区，占地133.2万平方米，各类学生约2万多人，教职工近1610人，专任教师有1065人。其中具有博士、硕士学位的教师占教师总数的76.06%；有博士生导师、硕士生导师313余名，还聘请了包括我国多名两院院士在内的多位海内外知名学者为名誉教授或兼职教授。学校现设有17个院（部）、16个研究院（所、中心），5个省级重点实验室，11个原信息产业部重点实验室，3个省级工程中心和8个省级实验教学示范中心及建设点。

    Founded in 1942, Nanjing University of Posts & Telecommunications (NUPT) is a multi-layer university with the well-coordinated development which takes engineering as its dominance and information disciplines as its characteristics, has multi-discipline categories namely Engineering, Science, Arts, Economics, Management and Education and covers Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree and Doctor’s Degree. With advanced teaching and researching facilities, NUPT is one of the few universities which have the ability to train technicians in the field of Information Technology systematically in large scale. At present, NUPT has two campuses: Xianlin Campus and Sanpailou Campus and covers 1,332,000 square meters. At present there are more than 20,000 various kinds of students. There are about 1610 staff members including 1065 professional teachers and researchers. Almost 76.06% of the teachers have doctor’s degree or master’s degree. NUPT has more than 313 PhD supervisors and master’s supervisors. In addition, several academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering and many famous scholars home and abroad are invited as honorary professors or part-time professors. NUPT has 17 colleges and departments, 16 research institutes and centers, 5 provincial key labs, 11 key labs evaluated by former Ministry of Information Industry, 3 provincial engineering centers, and 8 provincial experimental teaching model centers and construction sites. 

     学校积极推进对外交流与合作，不断拓展合作交流渠道。自1990年起为国际电联亚太电信组织（APT）在中国的培训基地之一，二十多年来，共培训22个国家和地区的二十多批学员。学校较早与美、英、德、法、加、俄、澳、日及新加坡等国家和港澳台地区的大学和科研机构建立了校际合作关系，先后有800多位国外、境外专家学者来校访问、学术交流，学校选派教师出访或参加国际学术会议，学术交流频繁。与英国伦敦大学皇后玛丽学院、美国纽约理工学院等国外高校开展合作，联合培养双学位理工科类和管理类高级人才。通过主办国际与地区性学术会议，扩大了学校在国际上的知名度，学校国际化程度日益提高。

     NUPT promotes exchanges and cooperation all the time. As one of the training bases of Asia-Pacific Telecommunity (APT) since 1990, NUPT has hosted more than 20 training courses for trainees from 22 countries and areas. NUPT has established cooperative relationship with many universities and research institutes in U.S.A., U.K., Germany, France, Canada, Russia, Australia, Japan, Singapore as well as Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan areas. NUPT has invited more than 800 scholars abroad to visit and carry out academic exchanges, at the same time, NUPT also nominated teachers and professors to attend international conferences and do academic exchanges abroad. NUPT has carried out the joint programs for dual degrees of science and management with Queen Mary, University of London, UK and New York Institute of Technology, U.S.A. NUPT has promoted the reputation worldwide and become more internationalized through hosting international and regional conferences.  

海外教育学院简介 Brief Introduction on College of Overseas Education 

     海外教育学院是南京邮电大学接受和培养外国留学生的教学和管理单位。具体负责全校外国留学生的招生、日常管理、汉语教学、本科教学、研究生教学、短期培训、生活服务及涉外管理等各项工作。学院拥有一支职称、学历、年龄结构合理，教学经验丰富的教学管理队伍。

    College of Overseas Education (COE) is the teaching and administrative unit for recruiting and cultivating foreign students in NUPT. COE is in charge of recruiting, daily management, Chinese language teaching, undergraduate education, graduate education, short-term training, service for daily life and foreign affairs administration. COE has a team of teaching and management staff with suitable structure of professional titles and education background as well as abundant teaching experience.

     学院拥有标准的公寓房，坐落于校园内，房间的基本生活设施齐全，为外籍教师、留学生及来访客人提供优质的住宿、用餐等服务。近年来，学校实施开放发展战略，正在积极拓展办学空间，招收国际学生。我们诚挚地欢迎您的加入。

     COE has standard apartments located in the campus with basic life facilities to offer good quality accommodation for foreign teachers, foreign students and visiting guests. 二、入学要求Application Requirements

      具有相当于中国高中毕业学历、提供高中毕业证书、高中阶段的学习成绩和毕业会考成绩， HSK 初等 C 级以上证书、年龄在 30 岁以下非中国籍公民，可申请进入我校本科专业跟班试读，考试合格可转为正式生学习。如 HSK 没有获取初等 C 级以上证书，需参加我校汉语语言培训，经 HSK 考试获取初等 C 级证书以上者方可提出申请。

      All applicants must provide a high school certificate, a high school transcript and a transcript for graduation examination of high school. Chinese citizens are not permitted to apply for the study. All applicants must be no older than 30 years old and in good health. The applicants with a HSK certificate of C and above in preliminary level can apply for trial study in undergraduate classes. After meeting the requirements, they can transfer to be formal undergraduate students. The applicants without a HSK certificate of C and above in preliminary level need attend the Chinese language training offered by COE. They can apply after they’ve got a HSK certificate of C and above in preliminary level. 

三、学费标准 Tuition

1．报名费：300元（人民币）

2．文科类专业学费  （每人每年）16000元（人民币）

3．理工科类专业学费（每人每年）19000元（人民币）

4．汉语培训课程学费（每人每年）12000元（人民币）

5．住宿费（每人每学期）4000元（人民币）/2人一间

                       8000元（人民币）/1人一间

房间设施包括：空调、冰箱、洗衣机、热水器、厨房、Internet网路、床等）

1. Registration fee: 300 RMB per person

2. Tuition fee for Bachelor degree in Arts: 16000 RMB per person per year

3. Tuition fee for Bachelor degree in Science and Engineering: 19000 RMB per person per year

4. Chinese language learning fee: 12000 RMB per person per year

5. Accommodation fee:
4000 per person per semester（2 persons share one room)

   8000 per person per semester (single room)

Room facilities：air conditioning、refrigerator、washing machine、water heater、kitchen、24hours Internet、bed

四、申请所需材料 Required materials

1．《南京邮电大学外国留学生学习申请表》（表上须有本人近期照片）；

2．《外国人体格检查记录》（表上须有本人近期照片）；

3． 申请人的最后学历证书、学位证书、成绩单（复印件及经公证的英文译文）；

4．护照复印件；

5．报名费；

6．HSK成绩单。（马来西亚、新加坡等国接受过12年中文教育者，只需要提供相应证明，不需要提供HSK证书）

1. “Application Form for Foreign Students of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications” (with a photo of the applicant attached);

2. “Physical Examination Record for Foreigners” (duplicates is accepted, with a photo of the applicant attached);

3. The Certificate of the latest Education Experience, degree, and transcript (one duplicated copy and notarized English version for each);

4. Duplicates of passport;

5. Registration fee;

6. HSK transcript. (Those applicants from Malaysia, Singapore or other countries who have attended Chinese language courses for 12 years are required to offer equivalent proof instead of HSK transcript.)

五、申请程序Process of application 

1．索取并填写《南京邮电大学外国留学生学习申请表》和《外国人体格检查记录》

在http://overseas.njupt.edu.cn/网页上下载。

2．将上述二表及其他所需材料一并寄至南京邮电大学海外教育学院。

3．经学校审核学生申请材料，决定是否录取。一经录取，学校将办理《南京邮电大学录取通知书》和《外国来华留学人员申请表》（简称JW202表），并将此两份文件寄给申请人。

4．学生本人持JW202表、《南京邮电大学录取通知书》和《外国人体格检查记录》到中国驻所在国大使馆办理来华学习（X）签证。

5．在办理完上述申请材料后，申请人应在《南京邮电大学录取通知书》中规定的时间内到学校报到。

注：申请截止日期为每年的1月1日至6月20日。

1. Find the forms of “Application Form for Foreign Students of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications” and “Physical Examination Record for Foreigners” at the web site http://overseas.njupt.edu.cn/and fill in them.

2. Submit the above two forms and other required materials to College of Overseas Education of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

3. NUPT would make recruiting decision after reviewing the application materials. Once recruited, NUPT will issue “Letter of Admission” and “Application Form for Foreign Students” (referred to as JW202 form) and deliver to the applicants.

4. Applicants apply for X visa at the Chinese Embassy with JW202 form, “Letter of Admission” and “Physical Examination Record for Foreigners”.

5. After finishing the application, applicants should register at NUPT during due time as regulated in the “Letter of Admission”.

Note: Duration for the application is 1 January to 20 June each year. 

六、其他说明：Supplements

1、 南京邮电大学包括三牌楼和仙林两个校区。三牌楼校区位于南京的市中心。本科生与中国学生同班上课，在南京邮电大学仙林校区就读。仙林校区距三牌楼校区约有20分钟的车程。

2、留学生可以选择居住在仙林校区学生公寓，也可以选择居住外教公寓，也可在校外租房居住。

1、NUPT includes two campuses: Sanpailou campus and Xianlin campus. Sanpailou campus locates in the downtown area of Nanjing City. Foreign students have classes together with Chinese students on Xianlin campus which is 20 minutes drive from Sanpailou campus.

2、Foreign students could choose to accommodate in Students’ Apartment, Foreign teachers’ Apartments on Xianlin campus, or rent apartment outside university campus.
